Step 1 of 4: Registration Rates

Any company registering two or more attendees will receive a group discount of $250 off of each registration. Sufficient registrations must be submitted at the same time to receive the applicable discount. Use the “Add Registration” button during online registration, or batch hard-copy registrations and mail them together to ACC, noting the group discount.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Payment for a minimum of two registrations must be received at one time in order to qualify for the group rate. No retroactive group rates will be given. If you have already sent in a group registration from your organization via hard-copy forms and have additional registrants, complete the hard-copy registration form and note that the group rate should be applied.

Registration Policies

Registration Rates:
Registration includes courses, written materials, and scheduled meals/receptions. It does not include housing, travel, or personal expenses. Nonmember rates include one-year of ACC membership. Nonmembers must be employees of corporate legal departments. ACC membership and meeting registration will be confirmed pending approval of eligibility.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations must be received in writing via education@acc.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Registration cancellations will adhere to the cancellation policy dates below, no exceptions.

Written cancellation received:     Credit/Refund issued:
By March 24     Full refund, minus $100 administrative fee
March 25 - April 7     100% credit of monies paid applied to future ACC Education program (expires 4/30/2018) **
April 8 and after     No refunds, no credits.

** Credit issued may be used towards the following ACC HQ in-person educational programs:
  • 2017 Corporate Counsel University®, June 14-16, 2017, New Orleans, LA
  • 2017 Annual Meeting, October 15-18, 2017, Washington, DC
  • 2018 Legal Service Management, date and location TBD

Credit may not be used towards any other educational programs not included in the above list and may not be divided among programs and any remaining funds following credit application will be forfeited. Credits may be transferred to an eligible attendee from the same organization, but written notification of the transfer (via education@acc.com) must be received from the original purchaser in order for the credit to be valid. Credit will expire March 30, 2018.

Attendee Substitutions:
Substitutes (must be eligible to attend) are always welcome; please email or fax your request along with a completed registration form for the individual substituting to education@acc.com in order to transfer the registration.

Image Release:
Your registration and attendance at this event indicates your consent to be filmed and to the use of your image, without payment of any kind, for use in program(s) and for other promotional/editorial activities of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) for future use in any and all media, now known or hereafter created.

Your mailing address will be disseminated to ACC 2017 Legal Service Management Workshop sponsors for meeting promotion purposes. In no event will ACC share your phone, fax, or email address with these sponsors.
