CLE/CPD Information

The International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP) has approved this program to be eligible in its entirety, for 1 CPE/hour of attendance per 60 minutes of instruction, excluding meals, breaks, and networking opportunities, with a max of 12 CPEs.

The Compliance Certification Board (CCB) has approved this program for a maximum of 14.4 CCB CEUs (continuing education units).

ACC will apply for CLE/CPD credit in states with mandatory CLE/CPD requirements upon request. This page is updated on a regular basis, please visit often to learn of eligible CLE credits in your jurisdiction.

The Total Credits listed below reflect the maximum number of credits an attendee can earn at 2015 Advanced Compliance Education Summit, including the maximum ethics credits for that jurisdiction. Pending approval, in 60-minute states, every 60 minutes of instruction is equal to 1.0 credit and in 50-minute states, every 50 minutes of instruction is equal to 1.0 credit. 50-minute states are designated with an asterisks (*) below.

Alaska 12 CLE programs which take place outside of Alaska or are webcast from outside of Alaska are not required to be accredited by the Alaska Bar Association. Alaska Bar members may claim credit for attendance at CLE programs offered in or from other jurisdictions if the program has been accredited by another MCLE jurisdiction. This program has been approved in Pennsylvania. Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.

This program has been approved in Pennsylvania. Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.
New York* 14.4 New York attorneys may count towards their New York CLE requirement credit earned through participation in out-of-state courses accredited by a New York Approved Jurisdiction. This program is approved in Pennsylvania, a NY approved jurisdiction. Individual attorneys are responsible for credit reporting.
North Carolina 12 11 Confirmed attendee credits will be reported by ACC within 30 days of program.
