Cynthia Boeh is vice president and general counsel for GE Healthcare, where she leads a team of legal professionals to simplify and automate the contracting process to empower the businesses to be more self-sufficient. She has created apps that reduced attorney time by 90% and contract cycle time from an average of 29 days to 2 days.
Prior, she held general and senior counsel positions at MiSUMI USA, GE Distributed Power, Yanmar America Corporation, and St. Paul Co's, now Travelers. In these roles, she provided a wide array of legal services - partnering with the business leads to maximize profitable growth while minimizing legal risk. She negotiated contracts, oversaw HR, managed litigation, and as a member of the C-Suite advised the business on legal matters. She began her legal career at a large litigation firm and started a law firm with her father in her hometown.
She currently volunteers for special needs children that get equine therapy at Partners for Progress, and provides pro bono tax services.
Ms. Boeh graduated from Minnesota State University and from the University of Minnesota Law School.
