CLE/CPD Information

The International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP) has approved this program to be eligible in its entirety, for 1 CPE/hour of attendance per 60 minutes of instruction, excluding meals, breaks, and networking opportunities, with a max of 12 CPEs.

Compliance Certification Board (CCB) credit is pending.

ACC will apply for CLE/CPD credit in states with mandatory CLE/CPD requirements upon request. This page is updated on a regular basis, please visit often to learn of eligible CLE credits in your jurisdiction.

The Total Credits listed below reflect the maximum number of credits an attendee can earn at ACC 2017 Annual Meeting, including the maximum ethics credits for that jurisdiction. Pending approval, in 60-minute states, every 60 minutes of instruction is equal to 1.0 credit and in 50-minute states, every 50 minutes of instruction is equal to 1.2 credit. 50-minute states are designated with an asterisks (*) below.
